Hearttex Ranked First in China Customer Satisfaction Index (C-CIS)

Recently, the authoritative brand rating institution Chnbrand released the 2023 (9th edition) China Customer Satisfaction Index (C-CSI) brand ranking and analysis report. Among them, Hearttex (心相印), a brand under Hengan Group, ranked FIRST in the satisfaction ranking for household paper with a score of 83.6.

China Customer Satisfaction Index, or C-CSI is the first all-category national measurement of customer satisfaction in China. Launched for the first time in 2015, it received supports from the Special Fund for Brand Policies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. As a ongoing annual survey project, C-CSI releases the latest survey results to the entire society each year. These results, derived solely from consumer feedback, represent independent, scientific, and real-time evaluations that reflect the voices of consumer, C-CSI serves as a crucial indicator of consumer trends in China, providing valuable guidance for Chinese consumers to make informed and wise brand choices.

In the recent Kantar Consumer Index Global Brand Footprint Report, the "Hearttex" brand was selected as one of the Top Ten Preferred Brand with a consumer reach of 383 million by Chinese consumers in 2022. At the same time, it ranked first among the "Top Ten Brands with the Fastest Growth in 2022.", with a consumer reach growth rate of 14.5%. Additionally, according to the Kantar Consumer Index, as of October 6, 2023, Hengan Group achieved a consumer annual growth rate of 4.7%, reaching 155 million households, with an overall household penetration rate of 77.5%, ranking the 7th on the list and surpassing companies such as Unilever, PepsiCo, and Nongfu Spring.
